Are the presentations going to be broadcast live like the portland and seattle wordpcamp?

It would be really cool if all the presentations were recorded and broadcast so that we could choose which ones to watch. It would also allow those that attend to later watch the sessions they missed due to them being done at the same time.

@shawn: We haven’t finalized the plan for video, but the intention is to make a video of every programmed session to be posted to WordPress.tv after the event, so that in the likely case of there being multiple sessions of interest at a given time, attendees can see the ones they missed later. If it’s possible to stream, we will (bandwidth may be an issue here), but in any case we will not have streaming video “like the portland and seattle wordpcamp,” as they had an amazing streaming media sponsor who came in with professional setup and a mixing board and did all the cutting between camera and slides and mixing of audio live in one room. As we have 8 concurrent tracks, some with more than one session at a time, this wouldn’t really be very feasible for us. Live streaming is more likely to involve a Flip camera and a gorillapod, if we’re able to do it at all. The focus will definitely be on recorded video, not live streaming.
